Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 20% of your charge for the day is required for our expert hair braiding services at Joddem Braids. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service at our nearest African salon. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the service, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled cost. Additionally, if you do not show up for your appointment, you will also lose your deposit.
